The day started with beautiful sunshine again, perfect day to be outdoors and climbing. We started with a few icebreaker games that I had never heard of but I imagine they're the kind of the thing that goes on at summer camps here. So lycra sheets below catapulted us around and we also used a blanket to throw people up in the air which was fun too.
A little hike around Cootes Paradise was taken with an enthusiastic tour guide who pointed out chipmunks and odd vegetation. It's a beautiful place that surrounds the university. With the weather like this it was a treat but I couldn't wait to get back and climb the tower.
So this was the tower we climbed, not really in perspective but it was pretty high. The day ended with a barbecue in the Celebration Hall and we threw first mini-party at the house afterwards which consisted of another barbecue. One of my housemates has a 4 month old labrador, he's always up to mischief and that night was no exception.
